orders will be shipped within 3 working days of purchasing via royal mail 1st class signed for.

all of our items have had previous lives. please allow for some minor marks - any major garment faults will be noted and more pictures can be provided upon request.

returns

​

dusty accepts returns on full price products only (all sale items are final). please notify us as soon as possible at amelia@shopdusty.com within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund. we aim to respond within 48 hours but usually quicker.

 

please send the item back to us within 7 days of informing us and notify us with the tracking number when the item has been sent back. as we are a small business the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

 

the refund will be given on the payment method used to purchase the item. 

 

items must be returned in the condition they were sent. we reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that do not meet our criteria.
